Horse rent- horse tours 

B&B at Þúfa offer tailor made riding tours as well as scheduled tours. Riding tours can vary from 1 to 3 or 4 hours. We are a small operation and focus on quality. We accommodate up to 6 persons each time. If you have a bigger group, we can accommodate you if you book a tour with at least a 48 hour advance. Including in our prices are: horses, tack and guides. We do not take total beginners on our tour. Riders must have been on a horse before.

Tour 1 - Skorá tour 

Duration 2 hours - about 1 hour of riding. We start from our farm and ride towards a very small river called, Skorá. We follow the banks of the river, cross it a few times. A very nice and easy riding tour. Price 25 EUR -

Tour 2 - Þingvellir national park

Duration 5 hours, about 3 hours of riding. We drive the horses from our farm to Þingvellir national park. See: www.thingvellir.is The park is a absolutely fantastic place to ride horses. Special horse trails are all over the park. Wonderful scenery. This is the place were Europe meets America geographically. Price 70 EUR per person. We only go for 3 persons or more. If there is only the 2 of you, then we can take you but for the price of 3 :o)

Tour 3. The River Laxá

Duration about 3 hours. We ride from our farm towards to the beautiful river Laxá. We ride a few times across it and on the river banks. This is a beautiful ride and the trail is very exciting. After some riding by the river we ride back home. Price 45 EUR
