Horse rent- horse tours - clinics

B&B at Þúfa offer tailor made riding tours as well as scheduled tours. Riding tours can vary from 1 to 6 or even 7 hours. We are a small operation and focus on quality. We accommodate up to 6 persons each time. Including in our prices are: horses, tack, helmet, guide, good humor and refreshments.

Tour 1 - Skorá tour 

Duration 2 hours - about 1 hour of riding. We start from our farm and ride towards a very small river called, Skorá. We follow the banks of the river, cross it a few times. A very nice and easy riding tour. Price 25 EUR -

Tour 2 - Laxár tour

Duration 3-4 hours- about 2-3 hours of riding. We start at our farm and ride towards the river Laxá, which is a great salmon river. The river banks are fantastic for riding. We ride along the river and cross it a few times. This is a very popular trail by horse riders. Price 40 EUR

Tour 3 - Þingvellir national park

Duration 5 hours, about 3 hours of riding. We drive the horses from our farm to Þingvellir national park. See: www.thingvellir.is The park is a absolutely fantastic place to ride horses. Special horse trails are all over the park. Wonderful scenery. This is the place were Europe meets America geographically. Price 70 EUR per person. We only go for 4 persons or more.
