Þúfa in Kjós, is just 40 km north of Reykjavik. It is situated in a beautiful area were you will enjoy a wonderful panorama view, towards mountains, a valley, a lake and the fjord. Our guest house is very private, rustic and cozy. It is built in the years 1928-1934, made of concrete, so it is past its prime, so to speak. In the house you will find a kitchen area you are welcome to use. There you will find among other things: A coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, blender, refrigerator etc. Guests are welcome make their own meals and to use the barbecue too. A special warm shower room is there for your use and we can provide you with towels if needed. There are 4 rooms in the house, 3 of them large suitable for 2-4 persons .
We offer the possibility of renting the whole guesthouse to individuals or groups. Please contact us for further information
